  • Add ½ cup water to the bottom of air fryer. Preheat air fryer.
  • Meanwhile, cut cabbage into wedges. Brush with oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add wedges to the air fryer in a single layer. Cook at 350°F for 8-10 minutes. Add 2 minute increments until cabbage is done to your liking.
  • Drizzle with balsamic vinegar if using and serve.
