water

head cabbage
cut into 1 inch wedges (about 6 wedges)

olive oil

garlic powder

kosher salt

balsamic vinegar

Instructions
Add ½ cup water to the bottom of air fryer. Preheat air fryer.
Meanwhile, cut cabbage into wedges. Brush with oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add wedges to the air fryer in a single layer. Cook at 350°F for 8-10 minutes. Add 2 minute increments until cabbage is done to your liking.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar if using and serve.
Notes
Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
