- 4 Tablespoons cinnamon
- 4 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 Tablespoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice optional
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg, ground cloves, and ground allspice.
- Store in a mason jar with a lid or another air tight container.
Notes
- Serving size is ½ teaspoon. The entire recipe makes a little more than 7 Tablespoons.
