ARTICHOKES: Artichokes have many health benefits. They are high in fiber and Vitamins C and K. They are a good source of antioxidants and key nutrients such as Cynarin, which can help boost the immune system and improve digestion. Use fresh or canned artichokes for this recipe, both are delicious.

THE CREAMY SAUCE: The texture and flavor of mayonnaise is unmistakable in this recipe. And it’s flavored with a bit of garlic and zesty lemon to compliment the artichokes.

CHEESE: Parmesan packs just the right amount of zing to this dip, and is perfect with garlic and lemon! Asiago is also a great alternative.

VARIATIONS: Add some crab for a tangy seafood inspired artichoke dip. A simple and tasty addition is thawed and drained frozen spinach! Or make it extra zesty and add some paprika, hot peppers or hot sauce.

How to Make Artichoke Dip

Making this cheesy artichoke dip is super quick and easy.

  1. Grate the parmesan cheese
  2. Chop the artichokes
  3. Combine all ingredients
  4. Heat, and eat!

The best tip for this recipe is to prepare it ahead of time. Make it the night or morning before the game and pop it in the oven before serving. In this case, add a few extra minutes to the bake time in order for the dip to heat fully.

Alternately, cook artichoke dip ahead of time and cool completely. Then just reheat it when ready using the oven or microwave. Or serve it cold – either way it’s delicious!
