- These steak bites are so quick and easy to prepare.

Easy Ingredients and Variations
Steak: Pricier cuts of beef like sirloin, rounds, or ribeye work best in this recipe and since they’re cut into small chunks, a little will go a long way.
Sauce: Butter and garlic sauce is delectable on these steak bites.
Seasonings: Buy or make your steak seasoning and adjust the ingredients.
Variations
Butter is delicious, but if you have it, leftover melted bacon grease will give steak bites a deep, smoky flavor perfect with the garlic butter.
Bites can be dipped in BBQ or teriyaki sauce, sour cream, or your favorite dips. Try them with spinach or queso dip on toothpicks and watch them disappear.
Use up that savory garlic flavor in the skillet and saute some mushrooms or broccolini. Red pepper flakes can be added for some extra spicy flavor.
Match the flavor profile to the menu and use your favorite seasoning. Try southwestern steak bites or some zesty Cajun bites.
