steak seasoning
½
teaspoon
kosher salt
½
teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper
1
tablespoon

Instructions
Cut steak into bite-sized chunks and toss with your favorite steak seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Divide the steak chucks in half to do them in 2 batches.
Preheat cast iron skillet to medium-high heat and add about half of the olive oil.
Heat oil until shimmering. Add steak and sear for 2-3 minutes, until nicely browned, without stirring or flipping.
Stir and cook 1 more minute or until steak bites are cooked medium rare or until your desired doneness.
Transfer steak bites to a plate and repeat with remaining steak.
Turn off heat. Add cooked steak bites, butter, garlic, and parsley. Stir and allow to cook without heat for about 1 minute.
Transfer steak bites to a serving dish and allow to rest for 3 minutes, then serve.
Notes
Cook steak bites in batches to avoid crowding the pan.
A few optional red pepper flakes will add extra bite.
Leftovers will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
