This kale chips recipe is tasty, nutritious, and oh-so-easy to make!

Crazy About Kale Chips!
- Oven-baked kale chips are lightly seasoned with oil and salt, and are an easy and tasty switch from packaged and processed chips. Perfect for an after-school snack or family movie night.
- Guilt-free, gluten-free, and delicious baked kale chips are fiber filled for a crispy, nutrition-packed treat perfect to scoop your fave dips and dressings like tzatziki or white bean hummus.
- Similar to dehydration, baking kale leaves in the oven makes them perfectly dried and crispy, lightly seasoned, and yummy with or without a dip!

Ingredients and Variations
- Kale: Look for full and fresh bunches of raw kale with dark green leaves. Remove the leaves from the tough ribs, and tear them into bite-sized pieces, and for the best results, use a salad spinner to remove excess moisture once they’ve been rinsed. The drier the kale, the better the oil and seasonings can cling to the leaves.
- Seasonings: Swap out olive oil for a flavored oil like chile, basil, or rosemary for a new flavor profile. Melted bacon grease is a quick and easy upgrade for a smoky flavor. Kosher salt is preferable due to its larger grain size, and it doesn’t contain any anti-caking agents or additives.
- Variations: Zest ‘em up by adding some chili seasoning or a kid-friendly everything bagel blend. Make cheesy kale chips by sprinkling on some Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast (AKA nooch) halfway through baking.
