Baked Kale Chips
Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale ribs removed
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil or to taste
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt or cracked salt (or seasoned salt), to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350°F. Line baking tray(s)* with parchment paper.
- Tear kale into bite sized pieces. Wash carefully and dry well using a salad spinner.
- Lay kale on baking tray and sprinkle with olive oil**. Toss to coat and spread evenly on baking tray. Sprinkle with salt.
- Bake for 10 – 15 minutes, until edges are very slightly browned.
Notes
**Or add kale to a large bowl, sprinkle with oil, and toss to coat.
