Baked Kale Chips

bunch
kale
stems and ribs removed

Tablespoon
olive oil
or to taste

teaspoon
kosher salt
or cracked salt (or seasoned salt), to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven 350°F. Line baking tray(s)* with parchment paper.
Remove kale leaves from ribs and tear into bite-sized pieces. Wash carefully and dry well using a salad spinner.
Lay kale on baking tray and sprinkle with olive oil*. Toss to coat and spread evenly on baking tray. Sprinkle with kosher salt.
Bake for 10 – 15 minutes, until edges are very slightly browned.
Notes
May reuse the same baking tray, or use two trays.
*Or add kale to a large bowl, sprinkle with oil, and toss to coat.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Refresh in the air fryer or under the broiler for 1 minute.
