Ingredients

- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice, optional
- 4 eggs whisked
- 18 ounces crushed pineapple with juice, use a 540 ml can
- 4-5 cups fresh bread cubes cut into 1 inch cubes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350˚F and grease casserole dish.
- To a large bowl, add melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Blend whisked eggs into mixture.
- Add pineapple and mix well. Fold the bread cubes in carefully.
- Turn the bread mixture into prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until brown.
