Ingredients

cup
butter
melted
¾
cup
brown sugar
½
teaspoon
cinnamon
or pumpkin pie spice, optional

eggs
whisked

crushed pineapple
with juice, use a 540 ml can
4-5
cups
fresh bread cubes
cut into 1 inch cubes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350˚F and grease casserole dish.
To a large bowl, add melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Blend whisked eggs into mixture.
Add pineapple and mix well. Fold the bread cubes in carefully.
Turn the bread mixture into prepared baking dish.
Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until brown.
Notes
Refrigerate cooled leftovers in an airtight container, or wrapped with plastic wrap, for up to 4 days. Freeze for up to 2 months.
Thaw in the refrigerator before reheating in a 300°F oven for 10-15 minutes, or in the microwave at short intervals, until warmed through.
