Sweet, fruity, and refreshing peach Bellini are made for fun in the sun!
Refreshing Peach Bellini
- Easy, three-ingredient peach Bellinis only need a blender and some ice so they’re ready in minutes!
- Even teetotalers can get in on the Bellini fun! Use sparkling apple or berry cider in place of the alcohol to make a refreshing Bellini mocktail!
- Summer cocktails like Bellinis, mimosas, and sangria are light, sweet, and lower in alcohol content so they can be enjoyed any time of day!
Ingredients and Variations
Peaches: Because this is a blended drink, any form of peaches works! Fresh, frozen, or canned, regular, or white peaches can be used. In a pinch, pour in a can or two of peach puree (aka nectar).
Alcohol: Use higher quality peach liqueur or schnapps and prosecco and sparkling wine or champagne for an extra smooth flavor.
Variations: For fewer calories, less sugar and alcohol, and less sugar, make a copycat version of Olive Garden’s Peach Iced Tea by switching the peach schnapps for peach syrup and no alcohol and substitute the prosecco for cold brewed tea.

- 2 cups of frozen peaches
- ½ cup of peach Schnapps or liqueur
- 10-14 ounces of champagne
- 2 cups of ice cubes
Double the peach and mint garnishes. Keep leftover peach Bellinis in the blender in the refrigerator.
Pro Tips & Tricks
- Chill glasses in the refrigerator until ready to use so the blended drinks don’t melt as quickly.
- Crushed ice will blend faster than cubes of ice, if necessary, crush cubes in the blender before adding the rest of the ingredients in Step 1, above.
- Dip the rims of the champagne flutes in fine sugar or make small garnish picks with fresh raspberries or blueberries, edible flowers, sprigs of mint, and extra peach slices.
