Instructions
- Add quinoa to the Instant Pot insert. Add broth and salt and stir to combine.
- Close Instant Pot and set for 1 minute on high pressure.
- Allow Instant Pot to natural release for 15 minutes, then manually release.

Notes
- You can use any type of quinoa you prefer. This recipe is not suitable for rice and quinoa mixtures.
