  • 3 ounces sparkling wine or to taste

To Serve at a Gathering:

  • 16 ounces orange juice pineapple, passion fruit, or mango juice
  • 8 ounces blue curacao
  • 24 ounces sparkling wine

Instructions 

For Individual Servings:

  • To a champagne flute, add orange juice and blue curacao and stir to combine.
  • Top with sparkling wine, adjust to taste, and serve.

To Serve at a Gathering:
