Instructions
For Individual Servings:
To a champagne flute, add orange juice and blue curacao and stir to combine.
Top with sparkling wine, adjust to taste, and serve.
To Serve at a Gathering:
In a pitcher, mix orange juice and curacao. Refrigerate until serving time.
To a champagne flute, add 3 ounces of the green juice. Top with 3 ounces sparkling wine, or more to taste.
