any flavor, divided

hard taco shells

flour tortillas

chopped cooked chicken

Mexican blend cheese

cherry tomatoes

sour cream

taco sauce

mini peppers
any color, sliced, or 1 cup chopped bell peppers
tortilla chips
optional for serving
Instructions
In a large skillet, brown beef until browned. Drain.
To the skillet, add taco seasoning, 1 cup salsa, and water. Mix until well combined and heated through.
Transfer cooked beef to a serving dish and place in the center of the charcuterie board.
Place taco shells and tortillas on opposite sides of the board.
Place remaining 1 cup salsa, chicken, cheese, tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, and taco sauce into individual bowls and place around the board.
Fill in the board with lettuce, mini peppers, and tortilla chips if using.
Add serving utensils and enjoy!
