brown sugar

granulated sugar

all purpose flour

vanilla extract

baking soda

chocolate chips
or chocolate chunks, extra for garnish if desired
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8” skillet.
In a medium bowl, combine butter and sugars. Add egg until well mixed.
Add flour, vanilla, and baking soda and mix until well combined.
Mix in chocolate chips.
Spread cookie dough evenly in a skillet, and top with extra chocolate chips if desired.
Bake 20 to 22 minutes, or until the center is just set. Cool for 5 minutes and serve. Top with ice cream if desired.
Notes
*For a chewier pizookie, reduce the flour by 2 Tablespoons
If using a 6” skillet, increase bake time by about 3-4 minutes.
Store leftovers in a zip bag or airtight container at room temperature for 3 days, or in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Pizookies will store in the freezer for up to 2 months.
