Cook pasta to al dente according to package directions. Do not overcook. Drain without rinsing and return to the pot to remove moisture.
About 2 minutes before pasta is ready, preheat air fryer to 400°F.
To the pot of drained pasta, add olive oil, parmesan, Italian dressing mix, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat.
Add pasta to air fryer basket* and cook for 10-12 minutes**, tossing the basket every 3-4 minutes until the pasta is cooked to desired doneness.
Cool for 3-4 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley and parmesan if desired. Serve with dip, salsa, or hummus.
Notes
*While a single layer is best (meaning you may need to do batches), tossing the basket every 3-4 minutes works to cook them all at once!**The pasta chips crisp as they cool. If you'd like them to be a bit more crisp, simply pop them back in the air fryer for another couple of minutes.Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
