To the bowl of a food processor, add mayonnaise, yogurt, parsley, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Process until well combined and it reaches the desired consistency. Taste and season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Store in a jar or container in the refrigerator.
Serve with meats, fries, salad, pizza, etc.
Notes
Refrigerate garlic sauce in an airtight container or jar for up to 2-3 days. If stored longer, there is a risk that the garlic, which has extremely low acidity, may produce botulism, a serious toxin.
Freeze sauce in ice cube trays to add to future recipes.
