Instructions
Chill sparkling wine. Strain juice if desired.
Add 1 ounce of juice to a champagne flute. Top with your favorite sparkling wine.
Garnish with a slice of blood orange and serve immediately.
Notes
Each orange will produce about 2 ounces of juice.
Use freshly squeezed juice for vibrant flavor.
Keep the sparkling wine, champagne or Prosecco chilled for a crisp taste.
