Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Wash beans and trim ends.
Add beans to a bowl* and drizzle with olive oil.
Add salt, pepper, and garlic if using, and toss well. Spread into a single layer on the baking tray.
Roast beans for 18 to 22 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness. Broil for 1 minute if desired.
Notes
*Coating beans with oil and seasonings can also be done directly on the baking tray.Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4 days and in the freezer for 3 months.
