Instructions
Boil water and add tea bags. Allow to steep for 3-5 minutes.
In the microwave, warm the milk for 1½-2 minutes.
Using a frother, froth milk until there is a thick foam and about doubled in size.
Add vanilla to the milk and stir.
Add honey to the tea to taste and stir. Divide tea equally between 2 mugs.
Use a spoon to hold back the foam and pour the milk evenly between the two mugs.
Gently spoon the foam on top of the tea.
Serve hot.
Notes
Use quality Earl Grey tea for the best flavor.
A hand-held frother creates frothy milk in no time! Perfect to mix up dips and dressings, too!
Chill the tea first before serving over ice.
Use full fat milk for delish creamy flavor.
