Preheat the oven to 400°F. Arrange bacon on a parchment lined baking tray. Do not overlap.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until bacon is crisp and cooked as desired.
Place on paper towels to drain.

Refrigerate cooked bacon in zip bags for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
Bacon grease can be strained and will keep in the refrigerator for 3-6 months, or in the freezer for up to a year or more. Do not store at room temperature.
