Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Separate biscuits into 10 biscuits. Place 1 cube of cheese on each biscuit. Wrap the dough around the cheese, pinching the dough to seal tightly, and roll into a ball.
Please seam side down on prepared baking tray.
Mix together butter, parsley, garlic powder, and salt. Brush the cheese bombs with butter mixture and sprinkle with parmesan if using.
Bake 10-11 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven, brush with any remaining butter mixture, and serve immediately. Serve with marinara sauce if desired.

Work fast so the dough remains cold and will bake up flaky!
