Instructions
In a small bowl, add all ingredients, and mixed until fully combined. Sift to remove any lumps (optional).
Store in a mason jar with a lid or another air tight container.
Notes
To make a bulk batch (makes just over ½ cup (10 Tablespoons):
2 Tablespoons kosher salt, or sea salt
2 Tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
2 Tablespoons granulated garlic
2 Tablespoons paprika, sweet or smoked
2 Tablespoons thyme leaves
To make a larger bulk batch (makes about 1¼ cup (20 Tablespoons):
4 Tablespoons kosher salt, or sea salt (¼ cup)
4 Tablespoons freshly ground black pepper (¼ cup)
4 Tablespoons granulated garlic (¼ cup)
4 Tablespoons paprika, sweet or smoked (¼ cup)
4 Tablespoons thyme leaves (¼ cup)
