olive oil

chicken seasoning
below, or your favorite
Chicken Seasoning

garlic powder

teaspoon
onion powder
½
teaspoon
dried oregano
½

dried parsley

teaspoon
kosher salt

paprika

freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl or zip top bag, toss chicken with oil and spices to coat.
Place chicken on the lined baking tray, allow space between the thighs.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
If desired, broil for 2-3 minutes to crisp the top.
Notes
Baked chicken thighs will keep in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat portions in a covered bowl or plate to lock in the steam so they stay moist. Reheat just until hot.
