Instructions
Ground thyme leaves and pepper flakes in mortar and pestle. In a small bowl or jar, combine all ingredients.
Store in an airtight container.
Notes
*I use ½ teaspoon of pepper flakes for a nice heat. Use 1 Tablespoon for a spicy blend, or use 1 ½ Tablespoon for extra spicy jerk seasoning.
