mandarin oranges
drained (1 can)

drained (1 can)

shredded coconut
or flaked

sour cream

mini marshmallows
*, or quartered regular marshmallows.
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Chill overnight.
Notes
*use colored marshmallows or white marshmallows in this recipe.
Make ambrosia salad up to a day ahead of time.
Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days. Stir before serving and add fresh ingredients, if desired.
Do not freeze ambrosia salad because the fruit will become mushy, and the dressing runny and grainy.
