brut champagne
or prosecco
lime wedge

Instructions
Pour the champagne into a champagne flute.
Once the bubbles subside, tilt the glass and gently pour in the cranberry juice.
Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy cold.
Notes
Chill glasses or champagne flutes for an hour before mixing.
Before chilling or mixing, moisten the rims and dip them in superfine sugar.
