unsweetened vanilla almond milk
substitute any milk

mashed banana
(about 2-3 bananas)

honey
or maple syrup

vanilla extract

old fashioned oats (rolled oats)

cinnamon

or walnuts, divided

sliced, optional for serving
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together almond milk, mashed bananas, honey, and vanilla.
Add oats, flax seeds, cinnamon, half of the pecans, and salt if using
and mix to combine.
Divide evenly between 6 containers. Top with remaining pecans. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with additional sliced banana if desired.
Notes
Leftovers will last for 5 days in the fridge.
