Wash potatoes and cut in similar sized pieces, approximately ¾ inch. Add to a steaming basket, place on top of pot (or in pot) and cover pot.
On medium-high heat, steam potatoes for 18-20 minutes. Check after 18 minutes, if fork tender, remove from heat.
Add cooked potatoes to a bowl, add butter, dill, and pepper, and toss gently to coat with butter and herbs. Garnish with more dill and serve!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave and refresh flavors by adding a little extra butter, fresh dill, salt & pepper!
