Ingredients

smoked tomatoes
ripened on the vine are best, refrigerated overnight

avocados
ripe but firm

Tablespoons
fresh lime juice
(juice of approximately 2 limes)

cloves
garlic
minced

cilantro
chopped

slices
pickled jalapenos
diced (or fresh jalapenos), or to taste

diced green chilies
canned

kosher salt
or to taste

freshly ground black pepper
or to taste
Instructions
Chill
smoked tomatoes
overnight in the refrigerator.
Cube the smoked tomatoes and avocados and add to a medium sized bowl.
Stir in lime juice, garlic, cilantro, jalapenos, green chilies, salt, and pepper.
Season with additional salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Notes
No smoked tomatoes? This guacamole can be made with regular tomaotes as well in a pinch!
