brown sugar

baking soda

chocolate chips
or chocolate chunks, extra for garnish if desired
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease an 8” skillet.
In a medium bowl, combine butter and sugars. Add egg until well mixed.
Add flour, vanilla, and baking soda and mix until well combined.
Mix in chocolate chips.
Spread cookie dough evenly in skillet, and top with extra chocolate chips if desired.
Bake 20-22 minutes, or until center is just set. Cool for 5 minutes and serve. Serve with ice cream if desired.
Notes
*For a chewier pizookie, reduce the flour by 2 Tablespoons
If using a 6” skillet, increase bake time by about 3-4 minutes.
