Cranberry Pear Pie is such a fabulous fall treat! A simple Bisquick crust, with sweet pears, tart cranberries are combined with an oatmeal streusel topping recipe.
In a small bowl, mix together Bisquick, cinnamon, butter, and hot water. Stir until well mixed. Using your fingers, press into 9” pie pan, up to the top of the rim.
In a medium bowl, mix together cranberries, pears, and cornstarch. Add to pie shell. Drizzle with honey. Dot with butter.
In a medium bowl, mix together quick oats, Bisquick, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter using a pastry cutter or fork. Stir in pecans.
Bake 40 minutes or until pears cooked to desired doneness. If the top starts to brown before it is ready, place a loose sheet of foil over the top.
Notes
Try using a plastic bag on your hand to help press the pie crust in the pie plate.
