Large mixing bowl
Ingredients
3-4
bunches
broccoli
finely chopped, about 6 cups
2
cups
grapes

1

celery

6
green onions
chopped
½
cup
unsalted sunflower seeds

4
Tablespoons
mayonnaise
light (regular works too)
3
Tablespoons
white vinegar
3
Tablespoons
sugar
½
teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients until well combined. (Or add ingredients to a 1 cup mason jar and shake to combine.)
In a large bowl, toss broccoli, grapes, celery, green onions, and sunflower seeds to combine.
Add half of dressing, and toss to coat. Add more dressing as desired and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with bacon and serve.
Notes
Make sure broccoli florets are cut into small, uniform sizes. This will ensure each morsel will be coated with dressing.
Saute seeds in a pan until fragrant to intensify their crunch and flavor.
Use a small amount of dressing to begin, then add more as needed.
Refrigerate salad in a covered container for up to 3 days.
