chili sauce

Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil on medium high heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce to a simmer and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes, or until it reaches desired consistency.
Notes
Refrigerate bbq sauce in a covered container for up to 2 weeks.
To freeze, pour sauce into ice cube trays and once frozen, transfer to a zippered bag. This adds a quick punch of flavor to all sorts of recipes.
