Wash potatoes and poke with a fork, about 10 times each. Drizzle with oil and rub over the potatoes.
Place potatoes in the air fryer and sprinkle with salt. Set air fryer to 390˚F (no need to preheat). Cook for 50-60 minutes, turning after 25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and skin is crisp.
Serve with sour cream, chives, bacon bits, and your favorite baked potato toppings.
Notes
Melted bacon can be used in place of olive oil for extra flavor!
Use parchment liners to prevent oil from dripping.
Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days. Freeze cooled baked potatoes wrapped in plastic and stored in a zip top bag for up to 3 months.
Reheat baked potatoes in the air fryer with some fresh oil to make them moist again.
