Instructions
In a small bowl or jar, combine all ingredients.
Store in an airtight container.
Notes
Use 1 Tablespoon for each
½
pound of meat (2 Tablespoons per pound)
Makes 6 Tablespoons. Each serving is
½ Tablespoon.
To make a bulk batch (makes 15
½ Tablespoons,
just shy of 1 cup total, enough for 7-8 pounds of meat)
