frozen blueberries

bananas
fresh

skim milk
or preferred milk

greens
spinach, kale, radish tops, or other greens
Instructions
Add blueberries, bananas, 1 ½ cups milk, and ½ cup greens to
blender
. Blend until smooth.
Add additional milk and greens to reach desired consistency and blend until smooth.
Pour into two glasses. Enjoy!
