Air Fryer Broccolini
Cool broccolini in the air fryer with just a bit of olive oil and seasoning for the perfect side dish with almost any entree!

Ingredients

broccolini heads

olive oil

lemon juice

Instructions
Wash and dry broccolini. Cut off the bottom of the stems and remove any leaves.
Add broccolini, olive oil, salt, and pepper to a medium bowl and toss to combine.
Add broccolini to the air fryer basket and air fry for 12-14 minutes at 375°F, flipping after 6 minutes.
Sprinkle with lemon juice if desired and serve.
Notes
Refrigerate broccolini in a covered container for up to 3 days.
Reheat in the air fryer or under the broiler.
Broccolini can be frozen. Place in a zippered bag for about 2 months.
