Instructions
Add ingredients to a medium bowl, and stir well. Sift to remove any lumps (optional).
Store in an air tight container or a mason jar with a tight fitting lid.
Notes
Makes 4 teaspoons. Each serving is ½ teaspoon.
To make a bulk batch - about ½ cup (8 Tablespoons):
2 Tablespoons cinnamon
2 Tablespoons ginger
