broccolini
(also known as broccoli tender stems), roughly 4 ½ cups

olive oil

clove
garlic
minced
lemon juice
from ½ a lemon, about 2 Tablespoons

teaspoon
kosher salt

teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Add olive oil to a large skillet and heat to medium high until shimmering. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Toss broccolini with oil and garlic. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until tender-crisp. Stir gently after each minute.
Remove from heat, add lemon juice, and stir. Cover for 1 minute.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then serve immediately.
Notes
Refrigerate broccolini for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
Reheat in a skillet with a bit of oil and cook until heated through.
