Chili Seasoning

or coriander

Optional, for a spicier seasoning blend

Instructions
In a mason jar or medium bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly.
Store in a mason jar with a lid, or any sealed airtight container.
Notes
Recipe makes about 5 ½ Tablespoons. Each serving is approximately ½ teaspoon.
Use 1½-2 Tablespoons per pound of meat.
To make a bulk batch (makes 16 ½ Tablespoons, slightly over 1 cup total, enough for 8-11 pounds of meat):
3 Tablespoons garlic powder
3 Tablespoons chili powder
3 Tablespoons cumin
3 Tablespoons paprika
3 Tablespoons oregano
1 Tablespoon basil, or coriander
½ Tablespoon black pepper (1 ½ teaspoons)
¼-½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional, for spicier seasoning blend
¼-½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional, for spicier seasoning blend
