Add Shake N Bake to a bag and shake the chops, one at a time, to coat. Place chops on a plate as they are coated. Discard remaining coating.*
Line air fryer basket with parchment paper. Add coated chops to the lined air fryer basket. Spray the top gently with olive oil, or add a small amount of butter. Cook for 10-12 minutes**, or until the pork chops reach 145°F, flipping and spraying with oil again after 6 minutes.
Allow to rest for 3 minutes then serve.
Notes
*One coating packet will coat approximately 6 chops. If you’d like to save the remaining coating, add half of the Shake N Bake to a bag, and shake the chops, one at a time. Add additional Shake N Bake as needed. Discard any coating that was used to shake the chops. Store extra Shake N Bake in a zip top bag.**Chops thinner than ½ inch thick will take less time to cook. Watch carefully so that you do not overcook them.To make 6 chops, cook in 2 batches.
