Clean and dry cauliflower and cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, mix together cauliflower, olive oil, garlic powder if using, seasoned salt, and pepper.
Add to the basket of the air fryer. Cook until tender, about 10-13 minutes***, shaking the basket after about 7 minutes, and again when checking the cauliflower at 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
Notes
*A larger cauliflower may be around 2 pounds. Cook in two batches to avoid steaming the cauliflower. Oil and other ingredients to be doubled.**Preheating to 380°F will work as well. The preheat default on my machine is 400°F, and works perfectly without having to change the setting.***For larger pieces, check at 10 minutes (should still be crisp). 12 minutes produced medium soft for large pieces. This may vary depending on on your air fryer. For smaller bite sized pieces, cook 8-12 minutes, shaking the basket after 5 minutes, and checking at 8 minutes.
